UK Shipping & Delivery
All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 working days of cleared payment.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery timeframes are:

Order Processing
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information where applicable.

At present, we primarily ship within the United Kingdom.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact:

Incorrect Address / Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
No Returns
